Details
using 3/4/99 build, on all platforms, the window title is not displayed.
Re-assigned to davidm@netscape.com ('cause he's the current window czar :-) and
changed platform to All.
My 5 minute examination leads me to believe that the reason that window titles
are not displayed is because the some where in the chain a QI is done to get
nsIBrowserWindow and that cast fails. I have no clue whose bug this really is.
Changed component to XPApps.
David, ask David Hyatt if he knows who should fix this.
Changed target milestone to M4.
Fixing this is going to take some risky architectural plumbing work, so let's
move it to M4.

window titles are now working ( at least on Mac and linux. I didn't check
windows).

Looking much better - but if we're to do the same thing as previous versions of
the browser, we should be appending " - Mozilla" or whatever to the window
title. That's covered in a new bug. Marking this one as verified fixed.
