using 3/4 build linux bug -- 3397 & 3287 winNt, win98, win95 bug -- 3470 on mac all menu options are not functional

Yes. Some menus are working with Mar 10 build. Some crash...will write other bugs. Marking this one Verified.
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
