Mozilla M14 (Build ID : 2000022820) crashes when the "Internet Search" option under Preferences is set to Google! System: Cyrix M2/64mb ram/ win95-osr2 / mozilla M14 Crash Details: MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in module GKHTML.DLL at 0137:018aa780. Registers: EAX=029e1ba0 CS=0137 EIP=018aa780 EFLGS=00010206 EBX=00000000 SS=013f ESP=0068da60 EBP=0068da88 ECX=00650074 DS=013f ESI=022451ac FS=0dbf EDX=0068da94 ES=013f EDI=029ff100 GS=0000 Bytes at CS:EIP: ff 51 14 8b 45 08 89 5d 08 3b c3 74 06 8b 08 50 Stack dump: 029e1ba0 0068da94 00000000 029ff100 00000020 01893d7e 029de7a0 00000000 01893cdd 029e1ba0 0068dba8 018aa0f9 00000000 00000000 0068dba0 00000000 -- However, if you set Google! AFTER some other search engine (eg Excite) it does not crash. I tried it with: Excite. I was unable to retry it with another engine as the 'CANCEL' also does not work properly (it is treated as OK), thus saving current settings.
i don't this a problem anymore...could you please check with a more recent build? btw, you might noticed that several search engines aren't there, alas! claudius, d'you remember the bug on that particular issue? i cannot seem to find it.

I have vague memories of such a bug but it must've been part of a different, closed bug report. The engines there now are all we will have for now for all sorts of business reasons, so there is no bug (AFAIK).
