Details
The Account Settings dialog and the Preferences dialog should look the same.
Currently they dont. There are too many thing to list them here.
Henrik, you need to be a bit more detailed here. We do have a bug about merging
account manager into prefs.

Here are some of the differences:
- Background of the Account Settings (blue in mail, blue with black lines in
pref)
- When selecting a heading the heading becomes: gray in mail, blue in pref
- Gray lines around everything in pref, not in mail.
etc, etc, etc.

This seems to have been fixed in build 2000061820!
Other bugs are better describing the remaining bugs, like the missing
titledboxes.
