Overview Description:
scroll bar is almost completely missing upon starting mozilla
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start mozilla
2) Observe the scroll bar.
3) If you hit reload or click a link then it is fixed.
Actual Results:
Only a very small part of the scroll bar is shown.
Expected Results:
Scroll bar should be normal
Reproducibility:
every time on mac
Build Date & Platform Bug Found:
2000040808 Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; N; PPC; en-US; m14)
Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On:
does not occur on linux or win32
Additional Information:
this has been occuring but several days now

Forgot to mention that both the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are doing this.

Odd. This is just like bug #34569, but that one was identified as specific to
www.adobe.com when set as the home page. The image attached to this bug shows
it happening at www.mozilla.org.

Actually, this is pretty common in current builds (mac only)
