starting to land the overlays for this. working on ab synch dialog service for rhp now. eta complete 4-14-2000

the current plan is rhp has implemented a simple ab synch ui (thanks rich) and we'll to the full ui later. clearing status whiteboard.

I don't think we are planning to do it, but since netcenter pays the bills, that may change.
