I'm saying 5/5 because that's when we said our skinnability work will be done but that probably doesn't apply to this bug since we won't even have an ab synch UI by 5/5. But I don't think that's a problem since the dialogs will be skinnabile as they are written later on....

rich and I just talked over aim. he's humming along the back end, so I'm going to dive back into the ab synch ui and get it done.
the simple ab synch ui that is in (toolbar, File menu items, prefs) is all skinable. marking fixed.
