mik@chel.com.ru, from the build date, it appears that you were testing an M13 build, which is now over two months old. Hundreds of bugs have been fixed in that time, apparently including this one. This report is probably a DUP of a fixed bug. Could not reproduce with 2000-04-13-08-M16 on WinNT, marking WORKSFORME. The <TEXTAREA> contents only scroll when pressing up or down on the first or last line, respectively, when there is an undisplayed line in that direction - exactly as expected. mik@chel.com.ru, if you see this problem with a current build (the M15 release builds should be out shortly) please REOPEN.
