This looks like a possible DUP of bug 35555, "Using a bookmark displaces the current page in session history", which itself may be a DUP of bug 33870, "URL bar shows the wrong url after changing pages by links or bookmarks". The latter was fixed today, so It's probably worth the effort to retest with tommorrow's build to see if this is still happening.
