Based on symptoms -- with the 2000-04-17-08-M16 nightly binary on WinNT, Mozilla never displays these pages, takes all the processor it can get, and fails to redraw either the content area or the chrome if focus is given to another App and then back to Mozilla -- this looks like a potential DUP of bug 36095, "Inifite loop in GetNearestContainingBlock()".
