Details

I've edeted the sidebar tab images to be antialiased. I think they look much better. Here they are: http://www.rpi.edu/~frantb/mozilla The four images go in the global/skins/default directory.

Thanks for the contribution! There is a minor problem: Because you outside anti-aliased them you had to anti-alias them against a fixed color background. Therefore they will not work universally on all backgrounds, n fact on light backgrounds the edge will look unclean and dark, and dark backgrounds it will look unclean and bright. Hence we deliberately shied away from using anti-aliasing on the outside. If you can change them to apply the antialiasing solely to the inside we can use them.

The antialiasing on the outside does work for any shade of grey as an outside background color as long as it's not almost black. I'd be happy to change it to not be antialiased on the outside but I think it may work better for other BG colors than you think.
I think the current tabs are ass-ugly and do not fit at all with the current skin. I think we should find something different altogether and better looking soon.

[Yet again, a Netscape contributor fails to tidy up their bugs when they stop working on Mozilla. Updating QA, and --> Themes.]
