frametest/iframe_scroll_yes.html
• Iframe Scroll=yes (persistent scrollbar) attribute is not honored on any
platform.

I wish the above url were more accessible (machine appears to be down) so I
could close out this bug.
edited URL, apparently offscreen in the field the last portion of the URL was
duplicated...should work now for you.
Also for some reason clicking on the URL header is not working properly, enter
the url manually/copy and paste. slip/projects/marvin/html/frametest/
