Details
Using 3/11 build for apprunner.
The carat looks different when at the end of a text frame.
Compare the carat when its between text within a frame.

If by "different" you mean "invisible", then I guess this is a dup of 3635 ;-)
But you don't, so it ain't.
by different I mean the carat is oriented different
for example=
^ versus <
just an example

sujay: if you're referring to the blue triangle, ignore it. It should not
be there. The caret is simply the blinking bar. (I'll take out the blue
triangle).
