Build 2000-042009-M16 Linux on a P120
With the new filepicker widget, ittakes very long to do anything.
From i click on "File Open" till the filepicker actually appears takes 11
seconds. To change directory to a dir with 309 files takes 24 seconds.
These operations together used to take about one second with the "old" design
used in nb1b, about the same it takes with NC4.7.

Yes, I know the tree widget is slow. I have plenty of bugs on this already.

Actually, something was badly broken in launching the file widget on linux
for the verification builds this morning (but I don't know what). This was
taking ~30 seconds to pop up, even on a fast linux box.
I see though that performance in a current debug build is ~2-3 secs., about
the same as yesterdays verification build performance.
I'll just verify this as is, but will check perf tomorrow. CC: pavlov in case
this changes his life in some way.
