Corner of <titledbox> border should include short segment of a top border

Details
When using a left-aligned <title> inside of a <titledbox>, the left border
is drawn such that it just ends in the upper left corner as a straight line
(the "leftness" of the text is maximized). It looks very odd.
We should draw a real corner of at least a couple of pixels, more like that
seen in Mac or Window's "group box". The text should look like it interupts
the top border with at least a couple pixels of this top border showing.
