[WinNT] The "This test Username & Password Dialog" link in the default apprunner page brings up a dialog that never quite renders properly. Dan probably knows about this, but I'm trying to get the bug-filing award for this week so Here You Go.

Yes, this was placeholder experiemental code. This is not a bug, but work in progress. It's there on the page for easy testing during development.
