Following on from bug #2808, it would be really useful if Mozilla could announce
the MIME types of plug-ins the are available to it in the HTTP_ACCEPT header.
It would then be possible to dynamically serve up different content, or point
the user at a URL to download the required plug-in.

Not quite. Declaring the plugins that a user has breaks the privacy promise
without ensuring better service. Currently if the plugin is not available the
browser does pop up an option to download the same, and that is not too
expensive a connection.

Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for
Browser.
Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do
this in a bulk change. If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
Bulk move of all Networking-Core (to be deleted component) bugs to new
Networking component.
