I must be stating the obvious, but today My Friend the Toolbar seems to be
skinning at random - see attachment.
umm.. it would also appear that top "menubar" in preferences and elsewhere are
attempting to..animate? Much movement there after selecting prefs/fonts
..and simply sliding the cursor over links also produce a lot of "animations" or
refreshes creating strange "images" in the toolbar area.
