The first two paragraphs are correctly centered, but the tables further down the page are not centered, as they should. It's possible I've misunderstood the way HTML 4.0 works (maybe I need to start and enclose more CENTER tags), but since the W3C validator said the page was valid HTML 4.0 transitional, I'd assume it's not.... In any case, it's not laying out with all things centered, as it used to.
