Tom, we talked about this ages ago, I have the work done in the form controls
for registering. You need to put in the code in the Event State Manager for
this. This bug is manager here for a dependency.

Okay, this is fixed. Minor problem remains, see bug 959 but the portion
described here works.

Access keys on Mac and Linux don't appear to have been implemented yet - see bug
#22515 which is marked M18

is also nsbeta3+.

There were some late regressions and I don't have a Mac or Linux build right now
to test on but its my impression that this bug is fully fixed. I'll check into
it and hopefully close this.

Chris Saari and I talked and he also believes this is working. I'm going to go
ahead and mark this fixed. If someone finds a problem is can be reopened.
