From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.72 [en] (Win95; I)
BuildID: 2000041805
Bad: The program is extremely slow! Takes about two minutes to start up. Web
pages as the one mentioned took 120.23 seconds to load. I started the
Preferences from the menu. This took two minutes to start, and one minute each
time I changed the "subject" (menu on the left). Just exiting Prefs took close
to three minutes. And so on... Exiting the program caused six minutes of
uninterrupted (and uninterruptable) disk access. This is just too much to make
the program usable at all...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Starting the program
2. Doing anything
3. Exiting the program
Actual Results: I became extremely bored and went back to Netscape to file this
bug report...
Expected Results: ...

Unable to duplicate on Win95 here. Perhaps user needs to do a routine system
housecleaning followed by a cold reboot.

I'm changing this to WORKSFORME.. If you are using a machine, say, slower than a
pentium 200, you will notice some major slowdowns in Mozilla compared to IE or
Netscape 4.x. If you are using a pretty fast machine w/ a fair amount of memory
and can reproduce a test case, I'll mark it as a real bug.

I use a P100 with 16 MB of RAM and windows 98 and don't see the slowdown that
this reporter is seeing..... (it is slow, but not that slow, I wonder if the
reporter has 8 MB RAM)
