win32 build 2000043008 mozilla -installer brings up profile window as expected. click on a 4.x profile to migrate and it does nothing - no confirmation dialog, does not even create a users50 folder. 04/28 build did OK.

same behavior in build 043015 with multiple profiles in 4.61 1. Delete windows/mozregistry.dat (and mozver if exists) 2. Delete bin and Users50 directories 3. Unzip mozilla-win32.zip 4. mozilla -installer 5. Profile window comes up with the list of 4.61 profiles (3 of them) 6. Click on one, then [start mozilla]. The nav window comes right up without converting anything. Confirming bug, seeing this in 2000043015 also, and profile manager doesn't do the conversions either for me.

setting target milestone to M17 Don is on sabbatical won't be back till 6/6 to look at bugs.

Whatever the fix for bug 37701 is may fix this as well, since Profile Mgr appears to be totally busted for this morning's build, too. I just haven't crashed. Will download the next win32 build and verify. BTW, saying I can't convert any profiles for at least a month pretty much sucks as a response. ;)

bug 37738 may be the one for which this is duplicate- or vice versa that is marked fixed- will comment here when I test
