The standard workaround is to try again with a clean profile. If that fixes the problem, then this is just another data point for bug 27698 which is all about how the history is blank for no reason every now and then.

Using a new/clean profile does not seem to work for me. The history folder is still blank.

I'm seeing this on WinNT as well. I see no workaround. We have no global history which means we don't get visited links either. This is a major loss of functionality.

I see this too. I get no urls, but I do get a header for the window and column headers for the table.

elevating severity, adding bells and whistles to the keywords. We have no history!

Putting on [dogfood+] radar. This is blocking QA daily work for History testing.

reopening..seen on today's windows build (2000051908). Works fine on linux.

not seeing this on 200051908 mozilla build on win98, even after killing profile. shrir and someone else are seeing this on winnt, so could be only nt related for some reason. Adding smoketest keyword, as this is a smoketest that is failing.

This works for me on NT debug build from today. My Linux debug build is also ok. I am downloading today's NT bits now.

I cannot reproduce this even with today's optimized bits.
