Build ID: 2000050111 The URL doesn't render; a blank page shows. Source reveals a frameset, so trying HTMLFrames first. Reassign if not your problem.

The page is actually located at http://voteq.tripod.com - the frameset contains that page. The layout is tables and ilayers, and looks completely horked in both Navigator and Gecko. Totally completely horked in Navigator. My guess is bad, bad html...

I count 7 <body> tags in this document, along with many other problems... Perhaps this should just be marked invalid.
