Using build 2000-05-16-09 on win98, mac and linux the backend works, now we need a front end. To test, I edited my prefs.js file to make this "false" and then typed in 2 characters of a name that's in my address book. It did not complete nor did it add the domain. bug 37938 covers the front end work. Verified.

see bug #94641. in 4.x, this pref was "ldap_2.autoComplete.useAddressBooks" so we are losing this value on migration.
