In Build 15 running on Win NT 4.0, minimizing the Navigation Toolbar causes it to hide completely. Minimizing and restoring the browser has no effect, as does hiding and unhiding the Toolbar. Closing the browser completely and running it again causes the Toolbar to be correctly displayed as minimized.
