Details

The "Imported IE Favorites" bookmarks folder is the only one, in the bookmarks window of the Sidebar, that does not react to a right-click with the mouse. So, it is impossible to delete it or edit it.
"Imported IE Favorites" are read-only... so this is the expected behavior. Marking WONTFIX.
