From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.6 [en] (X11; I; Linux 2.2.9-19mdk i686) BuildID: 2000041811 In the page at http://www.rwallphotography.com/ there is a scrolling message which runs along the bottom of the browser window, this causes the performance to slow to a crawl, but no crashes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.goto page http://www.justex.com/ to check for dupicate results 2. 3. Actual Results: same results as in desription. I'm using Linux-Mandrake 6.0 with 64MB of RAM, on a 56k dial-up connection & 233cyrix processor.
I think I've seen this reported somewhere before. perf kw

I'm not having this problem. I'm using 2000060409 on RedHat 6.2 with 64MB ram and a cable connection. I'm going to leave this as unconfrimed and let someone else check, because of the bandwidth change.
Resolving as WFM based on: - the last comment of battery841@usa.net - the fact that I don't see this on 60808 linux - reports from two separate Linux-users on IRC who experienced no perf issues - the fact that this was reported on an old 4/18 build rwall@rwallphotography.com - please reopen if you still experience performance problems with a new nightly build
