Details
Go to the URL http://www.javasoft.com/products/. The page is too wide to fit in
the browser window and yet there is no horizontal scrollbar. The page appears OK
in IE.
The same happens with http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ANDN&d=t
except that there IS a horizontal scrollbar in this case.
The mozilla build I am using is 2000050308 for Windows. My OS is Windows 2000.
My screen resolution is 1024x768.

I see this problem on the Mac too (050308 MacOS 8.5).

This also happens for me with the 2000050412 on W2K at 800x600. But a
horizontal scrollbar appears if you resize the mozilla windows.

The horizontal scrollbar appears with 5/9/2000 WINNT build. It appears both with
Gfx and native scrollbars.
Reassigning to dcone to check out on the Mac.
