I would be real happy if we did atleast a rot13 on the data. Storing them in clear text gives me the creeps.

That's certainly an item that is already on my todo list so it's good that you filed a bug report on it. I hadn't planned on doing it for the M3 release but if you think it's that important I'll try to do something immediately.
