Details

There is a delay before the caret draws, when you click the mouse in text on Windows. It should draw right away.

This should be fixed by my caret changes. Note to QA: behaviour on different platforms varies here. Please test all 3.

verified on all platforms using 4/5 builds for Mac, Win and Linux. caret draws w/o delay.
