From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.14-5.0 i686; en-US; m16) Gecko/20000504 BuildID: 2000050412 I downloaded the Flash 4 plugin for Linux and copied the files into the Mozilla plugins directory. But every time I try to view a page with Flash content, Mozilla instantly dies. The messages to the console immediately before the crash look like this: Document http://www.nin.com/ loaded successfully debug: edburns ns4xPlugin::CreatePlugin debug: edburns ns4xPlugin::CreatePlugin: cleared callbacks debug: edburns: ns4xPlugin::CreatePlugin: callbacks->newstream: 0x41577380 About to show xtbin(0x8922ec0)... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Get and install the Flash 4 player for Linux in Mozilla's plugins dir 2.Go to any page with Flash content 3. Actual Results: Crash Expected Results: Mozilla shouldn't crash. Ideally the flash content should be displayed. I have reproduced this on three machines running Red Hat 6.0, 6.1, and 6.2 with various daily builds in the last week or so. The problem has not been specific to just the 2000050412 build.
