If you go to the above URL, note that the URL control still reads "default.asp" when in fact you are now at "default.html". Stranger yet, this non-refresh stays true for all links you follow from here - it still says 'default.asp' even when changing directories on the server, &c.

This is not an apprunner-specific problem (appears in viewer, also). The real culprit is netlib, though (I suspect). These .asp URLs use some funky http magic to redirect to .htm. Netlib either isn't telling us that, or, we (apprunner and viewer) aren't responding properly. I suggest we move this to M4 (or later). It will not get fixed today.
