In the Customize Sidebar dialog there should be added an ":" after "Available Tabs" and "My Sidebar". So that they read: Available Tabs: My Sidebar:
Lowering severity, cosmetic

Not according to the UI spec that german@netscape.com came up with.

Nahh.. come on. All over in Mozilla the ":" is used. Go fx. to Prefs -> Navigator -> Languages or Prefs -> Navigator -> Help Application
