Steps to reproduce: go to the above URL and notice that: -char entities for Greek letters code## 958,977,78,82 are displayed as garbage. -char entities for letterlike symbols code## 8472,8465,8476,8501 are garbage; -char entities used for arrows code## 8629,8659,8657,8658,8660 are garbage; -char entities for math operators code## 8704,07,09,11,12,13,15,27,33,36,43,44,46,56,64,73,8834,35,36,38,39,53,55,69,8901 are garbage; -misc technical code## 8968,69,70,71,9001,02 are garbage; -general punctuation symbols code## 8194,95,8201,04,05,06,07 are garbage (observerd with 3/15/99 build on FR Windows NT 4.0)

I believe this is because there are no fonts on the machine that contain these glyphs. This can be solved in a number of ways. For example, use a fallback glyph. Or offer to download a font by putting up a dialog.
