File select control has bad title

Details
When the Browse... button is clicked in a form that contains a file select
control, the title of the window that appears says:
"FileWidget Title <here> mode = save"
Presumably it should say something else. It says "File Upload" in 4.5x.

picker and dialog work.

Fix checked in to nsFileControlFrame.cpp
Now says "File Upload". Looks fine to me, 4 April 99 build, apprunner, win NT.
