Create a small demo on repackaging resources into jar files -- so that this can be used by all the groups when they are ready to repackage their resources. Though the demo does not, the final repackaging depends on Hyatt announcing the new directory structure I think. Filing a separate bug for the Mac as the implementation is a little different from windows/linux.
