can't call bak toolbar and navigation bar if i close them whit shortcut in the
begining each of them
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla
2.click on beginnig of tollbar or navigation bar or task bar
Actual Results: can't get them back even if i close the menu from view-
>toolbars and restart mozilla...this one works before
Expected Results: Mozilla have to show them again
