Overview: Create a new account and "undefined" appears in its Account Setting's
Identity panel. Then when creating a new message it automatically displays the
first address entry as a "Reply-To" and it is addressed to "undefined" (should I
log the new message problem as a second bug?)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new account (either in a new profile or in a migrated profile)
2. Go to Account Settings, select the new account's Identitiy Panel.
1st Problem: Notice that the "Reply-To", "Organization" and "Signature" areas
state "undefined".
3. Close Account Settings
4. Select the new account
5. Select the "New Msg" button
2nd Problem: The New Message/Compose window displays a "Reply-To" drop down and
it is addressed to "undefined". This is followed by a "To" drop down with no
address defined.
Expected Results:
1. After creating a new account the "Reply-To", "Organization" and "Signature"
areas should be blank by default.
2. When creating a new message it should display "To" as the first drop down and
the address area should be blank with only the cursor.
