Details

Selecting View| Page Source on a loaded page reveals that both vertical and horizontal scroll bars don't show up in Page Source window until it's enlarged. Observed in Win32 05-11-09-M16.
I was not able to see the horizontal scroll bar until resized. Reassigning to evaughan@netscape.com
