I landed some changes to night to fix various problems in the message pane including making it skinnable. I intentionally introduced 2 side effects which I need to go back and clean up. 1) When you first start up, the envelope area of the message pane should be hidden. It is now visible. It used to be hidden and then show up when you first clicked on a message. In addition, when you click on a different folder, we should be hiding the envelope (this is what we used to do). Now you still see the previous envelope contents. 2) The toggle icons for the long display show up as a little dot instead of as the icon. But you can still click on this dot and it will toggle just fine.

Changing the subject. I undid my changes that were causing the toolbar problem. The only regression left from my landing tonight is the fact that the toggle button shows up as a small dot instead of as a full fledged icon. But you can still click on the small dot.

looks like evaughan fixed this for me. I'm not seeing it anymore.
