Update NSStdLib.exp in CVS to comply with latest build tools

Details
In order to implement the latest build tools including MSL, the current
"NSStdLib.exp" (mozilla/lib/mac/NSStdLib/) must be removed and "NSStdLib.exp (MSL
4.1.05)" must be renamed "NSStdLib.exp"

Having spent some time looking at this, I've decided it's not possible to do;
you cannot make a common .exp file for the old and new MSLs.
So we'll have to go for the synchronized update strategy.
