simplified version of the url given is in bug 39210 as
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=8641
every time this page is loaded, "some" of the links on this page don't pick up
the style information from the class they're supposed to be in (and show up as
blue/underlined instead of white). the hrefs for the same links that get
messed up don't work, but the mouseovers do.

I'm unable to reproduce this problem on WinNT and Linux, marking WORKSFORME,
please reopen if this is still a problem for someone.
