reload the given url a few times in mozilla. about a third of the time, there
will be some kind of bug on the page (things misplaced, background colors not
drawn, images not shown everywhere).
it's possible that this is bug 39213.

I'm unable to reproduce either one of these bugs but for the time being I'll
mark this as a dup of 9213.

i'm also unable to reproduce with a current build
I've been able to reproduce this, as long as there is a port number in the URL
