Build Date & Platform Bug Found: Overview Description: On today commerical seamonkey linux build (2000-051608-m16, I can not save a browser page or netscape mail message. The save as dialog fails to appear. Steps to Reproduce: 0) Deleted my previous user profile 1) Installed linux commercial build 2000-051608-m16 2) Launch seamonkey 3) Go to any url 4) Select the file menu and select "save as" No save as dialog appears Actual Results: No dialog appears. I waited at least 5 minutes Expected Results: It should brings up a save as dialog. Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: Additional Information: This problem does occures trying to save message attachment.

This problem does not occur on yesterday macos or win32 builds. Adding sspitzer to cc: list.

The menu item triggers the appropriate bit of javascript, which then "successfully" calls SelectFileAndTransferLocationSpec() on an nsIStreamTransfer. However, the dialog does not come up. Not sure who owns this. danm?
