The layout of xpPopups is ignoring the following flags: NS_FRAME_NO_SIZE_VIEW | NS_FRAME_NO_MOVE_VIEW | NS_FRAME_NO_MOVE_CHILD_VIEWS which causes views to be shown before they are ready and causes extra reflows that show views after the menu code hides them.
accepting for m16, this is serious to fix.
