RE: seamonkey win32 MAR180935 build on Win_nt 4.0 hardware: HP X86, family 6, 233 MHZ, 32 MB Problem: Dragging the message pane creates a third scroll bar Steps: 1. Run apprunner.exe 2. From the Task menu, select Messenger and open a 3 pane window 3. First, you see a scroll bar for the 3 pane window and a scroll bar for the thread pane and a scroll bar for the message pane. 4. When I drag the upper border of the message pane downward, I see a third scroll bar created within the message pane. This proble does not exist in Nova, so I think it is a bug. 5. Additional observation: If I drag the message pane upward, the message pane window does not expand. It stays the same size.

This should be a layout's bug since now FE don't really have control on the scroll bars.

Looks like been fixed. The 5th problem is filed as 4563.

Using 1999060708M7 on Win32/NT4. Verified Fixed. I selected the upper border of the message pane and dragged it down and another scroll bar does not appear in the message pane.
