mouse drag scrolling can scroll up, down, and right, but not left.
this is quite annoying.
testcase attached. use the left frame.

Yep. This is worksforme on mac/linux/win32 2000052108 builds.

Doesn't RESOLVED:WORKSFORME imply it never was broken? Shouldn't we be FIXED?

Well, the verbiage at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/bug_status.html doesn't
provide an explicit place for "This was broken; now it's working". I'm not
aware of a specific that was "checked in and tested" so is FIXED correct.
Marking FIXED would imply that it was known why this was broken.
[At any rate, it's pretty much a moot point].

vrfy wfm on just-pulled build on win98, drag-scrolling to the left works fine
