The bottom borders height gets to big when the window is "maximized" (Windows middle border button in the upper right corner, or use the menu...). In my case (1024 x 768), the border is near of 1/4 of the screen's height :-(

You don't need an URL for testing this. Start apprunner (nightly build 23.3.1999) and then make a double-click on the drag-bar (e.g. the blue top border). On my screen the bottom becomes 1/4 of the screens height (screen resolution is 1024x768), and this is AFAIK not wanted... I can send you a screen dump (jpg/gif) if you want...

Evidently this is an apprunner problem and _not_ a layout problem so I'm changing thecomponent to apprunner
