"secure" needs to be added to secure news groups

Details
Currently there is no indication of a secure news server. I know there are gonna
be different icons for a normal news server and secure server, but what about
just appending the word "secure" after the account name.
Reproduce:
try adding secnews.netscape.com

marking this wontfix.
even though 4.x did this, we are not going to have the "secure" word in the
folder pane for secure news servers in 6.0
(of course, you can always change the name of the account, using the account
manager)
instead, the plan is to use a secure news icon in the folder pane to denote a
secure news server.
jglick also wanted "secure" to show up in the tooltip for secure imap and news
servers. I'll log a seperate bug on that.
